Geum River is a tributary river of the Baek Jeon - ri.
On the other side of the river are steep magnificent cliffs,
resembling the famous Geum Gang Mountain Range in North
Korea. This place is; therefore, known as " Little
Geum Gang ". Besides that, there are many well known
rock formations such as Sam Hyoung Jae Bawui (Three Brothers
Rock), where it is said that hermits used to play. An
eagles nest can also be viewed on the Pyong Hwa Bawui
( Peace Rock). The sight of the flying eagles is said
to be very calming. Dol Doo Keo Bi Bawui (Toad Rock) is
in the shape of a toad. |
